About Terms of Use Privacy Policy Disclaimer

Effective Date: 20 March 2026

Legalise is a technology platform that uses artificial intelligence to assist in drafting legal documents and reviewing or compiling member-provided legal material. All documents, templates, clauses, compiled briefings, reviewer reports, and other outputs produced through this platform are generated by an automated system and are provided strictly as preliminary drafts. No output from this platform constitutes legal advice, a legal opinion, or a finished court filing. Use of this platform does not create a solicitor-client relationship, a retainer, or any professional engagement between the user and Legalise or any person associated with it.

The AI-generated output is assembled from legal and statutory references specific to the Islamabad Capital Territory and Pakistan in general. Despite this grounding, the platform does not and cannot verify the legal sufficiency, procedural correctness, factual accuracy, or completeness of any generated document, briefing, or review for any specific case, court, judge, or set of circumstances. Statutes are amended, procedural rules change, and judicial practice evolves. No automated system can account for every such change in real time.

It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the advocate using this platform to independently verify every generated output against current law, applicable court rules, relevant case law, and the specific facts of their matter before filing, serving, sharing, or relying upon it in any proceeding. The advocate remains professionally and legally responsible for every document they file or rely upon, regardless of its source.

Legalise expressly disclaims all liability, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, for any loss, damage, sanction, adverse ruling, professional disciplinary action, or consequence of any kind arising from the use of, reliance upon, sharing of, or filing of any output generated through this platform. This disclaimer applies without limitation to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, and special damages.

By accessing or using this platform in any capacity, whether as a registered subscriber, a trial user, a shared-link recipient, or an unregistered visitor, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to be bound by it. Continued use constitutes unconditional acceptance.

This platform and all disputes arising from its use are governed exclusively by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad Capital Territory. Data processing is conducted in accordance with the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA) and all other applicable Pakistani law.
